Raison is hiring a senior product designer to shape AI‑driven experiences for enterprise and higher education clients. You will operate in Teams and Slack, designing the surfaces that executives see and the live‑community tools our experts use, ensuring a single coherent system across two audiences.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in product design, UX design, or hybrid design‑research on complex multi‑user B2B products.
• Strong portfolio showing craft and thinking; not just shipped work.
• Skilled researcher who can design studies, run them in the wild, derive direction.
• Experience designing inside environments you don't control (messaging client, extension, embedded product).
• Comfort with AI‑driven and adaptive experiences and uncertain, non‑linear workflows.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills: typography, spacing, motion, details.
• Autonomous and opinionated, but flexible when the evidence says otherwise.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how people learn at work.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Wants ownership, equity, and career‑defining challenge of joining an early stage company.
• Bonus: passionate about something outside of work.

Responsabilités

• Own field research: contextual inquiry, user interviews, and observation of how teams work with AI.
• Understand core users (contributors, champions, managers, buyers) and context.
• Synthesize data into actionable insight: jobs‑to‑be‑done, blockers, transfer conditions.
• Design surfaces for dashboards and internal consoles; craft copy and components.
• Design largely inside clients' environments (Teams/Slack) with no onboarding or landing page.
• Collaborate with AI product engineers to ship learnings as features.
• Own the design system: components, tokens, patterns, and copy.
