Coachello, Inc. is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Learning Designer to craft learning experiences behind its AI Role Play and AI Coaching programs.

This is not a traditional Learning Designer role; you will sit at the crossroads of clients, learning design, AI product and delivery. You will translate business needs into measurable objectives, design scalable AI practice experiences, and partner with Product, Tech and Project Management to bring architectures to life.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or learning consulting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, practice-based learning and competency development.
• Ability to translate business objectives into meaningful learning experiences and measurable objectives.
• Familiarity with prompts, agents, simulations and AI-enabled coaching is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead learning discovery with clients to define business problems and learning objectives.
• Design pedagogical architecture including objectives, progression, practice and evaluation.
• Build AI Role Play and Coaching programs with personas, scenarios and scoring rubrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech and Project Management to implement scalable experiences.
• Pilot, test and improve programs using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Bridge clients with Product to translate learning needs into product capabilities.
