Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe in Paris seeks an Intern to design and review e-learning content, translate and adapt training materials, and help deliver hybrid training sessions. You will contribute to video production and cross-functional learning projects while supporting employee development plans.

The role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, data analysis, and AI integration across global teams, with remote-friendly arrangements and a monthly remuneration of €1,700.

Qualifications

Master's program in business, engineering or university with analytical focus
Fluent in English and French
Excellent Excel skills
Interest in data analysis and AI
Interest in technology including AI, video and information systems

Responsibilities

Design and review of e-learning content including scripting and storyboard development
Translate or coordinate translation of content into English/French and other languages
Design and deliver training sessions for in-person, remote, and hybrid formats
Video production including editing, filming, and post-production
Contribute to cross-functional learning projects and employee development plans
