Technip Energies is seeking a Lead HVAC Engineer F/M in Paris La Défense to lead the HVAC discipline on major international energy projects. You will manage the HVAC team, ensure technical deliverables, and coordinate with Project Management and multiple engineering disciplines on EPC initiatives, including offshore facilities and decarbonization projects.

The role requires a Master’s degree in HVAC Engineering, 15+ years in industrial HVAC, and strong leadership and communication skills to work

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in HVAC Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in industrial HVAC engineering.
• Experience on international Oil & Gas projects.
• HVAC design experience for offshore facilities.
• Coordination and leadership of HVAC engineering teams on EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and regulations for HVAC.

Responsabilités

• Organizational management of the HVAC engineering team on a project.
• Technical responsibility for the HVAC discipline with support from experts.
• Interface with Project Management and Department Manager; deliverables ownership.
• Supervision of designers and draftspersons for drawings and models.
• Coordination with other disciplines and management of technical interfaces with clients.
