Qualifications

• Engineering Degree in HVAC, Mechanical, or Building Services is a must.
• Significant experience in ventilation and HVAC systems is required.
• Knowledge of technical standards and system design is essential.
• Ability to coordinate complex technical topics with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven teamwork, interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Bilingual English and French communication with partners and customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead project bidding activities and propose technical variants.

Earthstream is currently partnered with an international business that delivers large-scale turnkey Data Centre projects, who are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Mechanical/HVAC focus to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of the Technical Department, you will focus on the development of technical and financial studies for data centre construction projects, covering HVAC (CVC), Smoke extraction, and Plumbing.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating project bidding activities, proposing technical and economic variants, drafting the technical and methodological sections of commercial offers. You will also liaise with external partners and clients’ technical teams throughout the bidding and design phases.

Essential skills and experience

• Engineering Degree - (HVAC / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent)
• Strong experience in ventilation/HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC standards, technical regulations, system design
• Ability to coordinate complex technical topics and multiple stakeholders
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and managerial skills
• Strong communication in both English and French, enabling effective communication with partners and customers
