ProjecTTech in Île-de-France seeks an HVAC Methods Engineer to ensure the reliability and organization of HVAC documentation. You will define action plans, write and standardize procedures, and coordinate simulations with technical teams to ensure safety and operational continuity.

Ideal candidates have Bac+5 HVAC training and at least five years of experience in critical environments, with strong French writing skills and English knowledge being a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification equivalent to a five-year degree in HVAC engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC methods engineering.
• Experience in data centers or high-availability environments.
• Proven ability to write and improve technical procedures.
• Excellent written French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of reliability, energy performance and safety for HVAC.

Responsabilités

• Assess existing documentation: inventory, discrepancies, obsolescence, gaps.
• Define and manage an action plan to improve documentation reliability.
• Write, update and standardize SOPs, MOPs and EOPs for HVAC systems.
• Ensure procedures align with cooling production, precision air conditioning, and air treatment.
• Plan and lead simulations of critical situations with technical teams.
• Analyze lessons learned, formalize reports and propose corrective actions.
• Update procedures after exercises and maintain traceability of changes.
• Monitor actions and summarize status and compliance of the documentation database.
