Jobtailor in Gennevilliers, Île-de-France, seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead projects from design through commissioning. You will oversee design studies, sizing, energy performance, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

The role requires at least 5 years of HVAC project management, strong knowledge of plant rooms, heat pumps, air handling, and experience with RE2020 and DTU regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in HVAC engineering or energy field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (plants, heat pumps, air handling).
• Hydraulic and aerodynamic sizing knowledge.
• Procurement and supplier management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead orchestrator of HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Design and studies for HVAC projects.
• Requirements analysis and specifications.
• Size systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
• Procurement, supplier consultation and negotiation.
• Project management and full site management (budget, scheduling, teams).
• Internal coordination with subcontractors and handover after defects.
