Job summary

Technip Energies in Paris seeks an Electrical Lead Discipline Engineer to design and size electrical installations for onshore and offshore projects, covering LNG, hydrogen, and decarbonization initiatives.

You will lead a multicultural team, ensure compliance with contractual and quality procedures, manage interfaces with Process, Piping, Civil, and Procurement, and travel within France and internationally.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering and at least 10 years in electrical engineering or design offices.
• Significant experience in power generation plants and high-power drives.
• Strong managerial abilities and leadership in multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Electrical team dedicated to the project.
• Ensure integration of contractual requirements and adherence to quality procedures.
• Design power generation and distribution networks for the project.
• Propose technical solutions to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Review and approve documents from the team and subcontractors.
• Coordinate interfaces with Processes, HSE, Equipment, Piping, Civil, and Procurement.
• Maintain communication with clients and external partners; provide regular reporting.
