Workday seeks an AI Deployment Architect to design end-to-end AI transformations for our complex, global customers. You will connect Sana Enterprise AI capabilities, native AI agents, and the Agent Builder Platform to drive ROI for HR, Finance and IT leaders.

You will advise executive sponsors, shape AI-enabled processes and operating models, and guide functional workstreams through preparation, activation, and adoption with a focus on usable, ethical, scalable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting or functional implementation with multi-country projects.
• 1+ years designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven solutions in an enterprise context.
• Strong business acumen to map AI capabilities to concrete business outcomes.
• Experience managing high-stakes client delivery and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders and partners.

Responsabilités

• Design comprehensive AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps for HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead functional workstreams: requirements, process design, data readiness, and UX considerations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into platform features.
• Ensure AI use cases are supported by appropriate data models, security, and integration patterns.
