Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists—Strategic Builders who translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You’ll lead end-to-end engagements with a focus on measurable adoption and value delivery, while collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and programme management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and sessions; architect solutions across Salesforce platform and data systems.
• Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within the engagement scope.
• Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes) to accelerate development.
• Manage stakeholders and present business-value driven proposals and outcomes.
• Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and guide change management for maximum benefits.
• Synthesize field insights into product feedback for Salesforce Agentic AI roadmap.
