Workday is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Engineer to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions for global customers. You will work across Native AI Agents, the Workday Agent Platform, external LLMs, and Sana to define data flows, integrations, and configurations for scalable and trusted AI experiences.

You will guide technical workstreams, advise C-suite and engineers, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape Workday AI deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation and architecture.
• 1+ years of hands-on AI/ML deployments or intelligent automation.
• Experience leading multi-system initiatives in complex environments.
• Excellent communication with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end AI deployment architectures across Workday ecosystem.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI architecture and business value.
• Lead technical delivery for AI workstreams including integrations and data flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve the Workday AI platform.
• Ensure security, privacy, and ethical AI alignment across deployments.
