Workday is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Engineer to lead end-to-end AI solutions for global customers, spanning Native AI Agents, the Workday Agent Platform, external LLMs, and Sana. You will define data flows, integrations, and configurations to deliver trustworthy, high-impact AI experiences.

You will guide technical workstreams, advise C-suite and technical stakeholders, and partner with Product and Engineering to scale Workday AI deployments while upholding ethical AI principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation and architecture.
• 1+ years of hands-on AI/ML or intelligent automation deployments.
• Experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions across the Workday ecosystem, including data flows and integrations.
• Advise C-suite and senior technical leaders, translating architecture choices into business value and risk.
• Lead delivery for AI workstreams, overseeing configuration, data prep, privacy and security controls.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve Workday AI tooling and Sana integration capabilities.
• Design and validate patterns for Workday AI interactions with third-party systems and external LLMs.
