Job summary

IQVIA seeks a COAA Authors Engagement Lead to build and maintain relationships with COA authors, copyright holders, academic institutions, and scientific organizations to support the COAA platform.

The role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality COAA records, drives content onboarding, data governance, and portfolio expansion across therapeutic areas, while serving as the primary IQVIA contact within the COA community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, content development, scientific data management, or related fields.
• Experience interacting with external experts and academic researchers preferred.
• Understanding of COAs and patient-centered outcomes research desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with COA authors and organizations worldwide.
• Coordinate with authors to obtain instrument documentation and metadata.
• Maintain ongoing communication to identify updates and ensure data quality.
• Support portfolio expansion and strategic objectives through stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and improve engagement processes and governance.
