• Support COA Manager(s) and Director(s) on assigned COAs across product lifecycle.
• Prepare deliverables and assist in cost, benefit, ROI analysis.
• Help develop go-to-market materials and client-facing documents.
• Contribute to business case creation and due diligence for opportunities.
