IQVIA, The Human Data Science Company, is seeking a senior COA strategy leader based in Paris. You will develop COA endpoint strategies, guide regulatory interactions with FDA, and lead instrument development while mentoring junior staff and shaping client solutions across therapeutic areas.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise across COA types (PRO, ObsRO, ClinRO, PerfO) and applications in clinical research.
• Extensive experience developing COA endpoint strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Hands-on experience creating COA instruments, including item writing and validation.
• Experience supporting FDA-facing endpoint strategy and regulatory interactions.
• Strong scientific writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop COA endpoint strategies across clinical development programs and endpoints.
• Lead client discussions with COA strategy narratives and regulatory context.
• Advise on regulatory interactions and FDA engagement for COA strategies.
• Provide scientific leadership in instrument development from concept to validation.
• Mentor COA consultants and oversee QA of deliverables.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Maintain external leadership through publications and collaborations.
