Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a COA Associate Manager in Paris to lead cross-functional efforts within the ILSPSS Portfolio Management team. You will oversee COA development, commercialization activities, and lifecycle management while coordinating with sales, finance, and legal teams to optimize asset delivery and client value.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced drug development environment across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related technical discipline is required.
• 4+ years total work experience, pharma/medical device background preferred.
• Experience in COA development or COA commercial management is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support COA Manager(s) and Director(s) on COAs across product lifecycle, development, extensions, and commercialization.
• Move COA assets toward client delivery per direction from COA leadership.
• Assist in defining deliverables, costs, benefits, and ROI for COA products and initiatives.
• Help develop go-to-market materials and support sales with technical product content.
• Contribute to business case creation and due diligence for development or acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, IT and other functions as needed.
• Support creation of new processes, tools, and documentation for the group.
• Provide periodic updates to COA leadership on delivery status.
