IQVIA, The Human Data Science Company, seeks Head of Patient and Instrument Science and Thought Leadership to lead COA strategy and regulatory development across therapeutic areas. You will oversee development and validation of COA instruments, ensure patient perspective is rigorously measured, and drive regulatory submissions and commercialization using measurement science.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD or Master’s).
Experience: 10+ years in COA/outcomes research.
Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA guidelines.
Excellent scientific writing and communication.
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-geography teams.
Leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

Define instrument development strategies across therapeutic areas.
Lead development, validation, and implementation of COAs.
Engage with regulatory bodies (FDA/EMA) on COA programs.
Direct the use of advanced methodologies including Digital Measurement Plans and eCOA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance COA utility.
Mentor scientists and contribute to acquisition science.
Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry consortia.
