Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Lead Banking Operations, Cards to manage and scale our card dispute and fraud controls across European markets from Paris. You will lead a team of senior analysts and drive end-to-end chargeback processes in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

You will report to Justine, Head of Banking Operations Payments, and contribute to a scalable, AI-enabled operations strategy that protects customers and company margins.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operational banking/payments team.
• Proven ability to own KPIs and SLAs and plan capacity.
• Analytical mindset for high-value cases and risk controls.
• Experience with AI-native workflows and automation collaboration.
• Fluent in French and English.
