Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Hands-on backend (Go) or frontend (React) development.

• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of Backend and Frontend engineers and help each grow.
• Build features that generate bookkeeping automatically and show customers VAT in real time.
• Turn complex accounting steps into a clear experience for business owners.
• Ship AI‑first experiences, like chat assistants based on customers’ accounting data.
• Co‑own the product‑roadmap with the Product Manager and Designer while guiding technical design.
