• Hands-on experience in credit fraud or default cases and ability to read and challenge cases.
• A critical mind and real curiosity to question criteria and processes.
• Clear communication with Risk, Product and Customer Care.
• Curiosity about AI and ability to use AI tools to spot patterns in data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day efficiency of credit fraud processes.
• Partner with Tech to improve the AI fraud detection tool.
• Analyze credit defaults and declined financing to rework eligibility criteria.
• Design and implement fraud controls as we scale.
• Be the cross-market go-to on credit fraud across Risk, Product and Customer Care.
