Qonto in Paris is seeking a Credit Fraud Analyst to own end-to-end credit fraud operations and collaborate with Tech to sharpen the AI detection tool. You will rework eligibility criteria by analyzing defaults and building robust fraud controls as the company scales.

You’ll be the cross-market go-to for Risk, Product and Customer Care, bringing a vigilant, curious approach to AI-powered fraud detection.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with credit fraud or default cases.
• Ability to question criteria and processes rather than accept them at face value.
• Strong written and verbal communication with Risk, Product and Customer Care.
• Curiosity about AI and its application to fraud detection.

Responsabilités

• Own credit fraud operations end-to-end and supervise daily efficiency.
• Partner with Tech to enhance the AI tool used to detect fraud.
• Analyze credit defaults to challenge and rework eligibility criteria.
• Build and run fraud controls to keep products safe as we scale.
• Serve as cross-market go-to on credit fraud across teams.
