Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and management of domain-specific AI architectures, aligned with AXA’s strategic AI initiatives. You will ensure enterprise standard adherence, scalability across markets, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and a proven ability to drive architectural decisions in a global, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, with a focus on AI, cloud, or a relevant domain.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, security, data governance, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, influence decision-making, and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scalable architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Domain AI Asset architecture design: Develop and optimize the architecture of designated AI domain solutions and shared assets.
• Alignment With Enterprise Standards: Align domain solutions with AXA’s architecture vision and standards; contribute to Architecture Review documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements and communicate solutions with entities architects, product owners, data teams, and technical leads.
• Solution Scalability And Integration: Design scalable solutions across markets and ensure seamless integration with existing architectures.
• Documentation And Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive design decisions, specifications, and operating guidelines.
• Technology Evaluation And Innovation: Stay informed on emerging AI and cloud technologies and make adoption recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deploy and support solutions.
