AXA Group Operations seeks a Workplace Architecture Expert to provide architecture vision, governance and problem-solving for IT at a transversal level. You will shape strategy for Collaboration Services and Workplace AI, including M365 and Copilot, across a global enterprise.

You will contribute to architecture governance, develop design patterns, and support product engineering teams while enabling the organization to become a tech-led company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Architecture with advanced technical expertise.
• Experience in large-scale Workplace and AI projects.
• Experience in international transformation initiatives.
• Experience in architecture evolution, planning and financial considerations.

Responsabilités

• Provide architecture vision, governance and problem-solving for IT at a transversal level.
• Define strategy for Workplace Collaboration and AI, including M365 and Copilot ecosystems.
• Lead architecture governance activities and support product teams with high-level designs and patterns.
• Stay connected with CTO community and technology governance across the Group.
