Job summary

AXA is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and management of domain-specific AI architectures aligned with AXA's strategic AI initiatives. The role involves ensuring scalability across markets, adherence to enterprise standards, and collaboration with product owners, data teams, and technical leads to translate requirements into robust architectures.

You will stay ahead of emerging AI and cloud technologies, evaluate new solutions, and drive documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture with a focus on AI, cloud, or relevant domain.
• Proven experience designing and managing domain-specific solutions in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, security, data governance, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scalable architecture patterns.
• Multilingual skills (English, French, Spanish) are a plus.

• Ensure domain solution adheres to enterprise standards and is scalable across markets.
• Collaborate with architecture team to align with AXA standards and document architecture decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate solutions.
• Design solutions that are scalable across markets and integrate with existing architectures.
• Create clear documentation of design decisions, technical specs, and operating guidelines.
• Stay informed on emerging AI and cloud technologies to advise adoption and improvements.
• Partner with architects, developers, and stakeholders to facilitate deployment and ongoing support.
