Arηs Group, part of Accenture, seeks an IT Operations Engineer to ensure system continuity after operations start. You will keep systems stable, secure, and performant while supporting incident resolution and adherence to service levels.

Your role includes monitoring, change and release activities, and collaboration with DevSecOps, DBAs, and Architects to maintain operational excellence across middleware, IAM, and data integration components.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Knowledge Management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational maintenance and continuity after Entry into Operations across all environments.
• Provide second-level support by analysing and resolving incidents, problems and service requests.
• Perform maintenance to sustain operability and security baselines.
• Monitor system health with observability tools and coordinate with DevSecOps for deployments.
• Collaborate with DBAs, Architects and Operational teams for configuration management and change control.
• Contribute to change and release management, including rollback planning and testing.
• Document runbooks and knowledge-base articles; support knowledge transfer and handover.
• Provide operational support for middleware, gateways, data transformation and IAM systems.
