Job summary

Autel Energy Europe in Paris, Île-de-France, is seeking an experienced and structured TS – FR professional to join our team. You will lead pre-sales and after-sales technical support, helping customers develop sales opportunities, support project delivery, and assist with commissioning.

You will gather customer requirements, communicate with R&D, analyze feedback for product improvements, and produce technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
• Fluent in English and French; Chinese a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including development of sales opportunities and project delivery support, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery.
• Resolve technical issues raised by customers, track feedback, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate requirements to R&D.
• Gather, analyze and synthesize customer feedback to identify trends and drive product improvements with R&D.
• Create and deliver technical documentation and training materials; compile repair case studies.

As Autel Energy continues its expansion across Europe’s EV charging market, we are looking for an experienced and structured TS – FR professional to join our team in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including but not limited to technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, technical support of the project delivery process and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery.
• Responsible for timely resolution of technical issues raised by customers, including tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves gathering customer requirements and communicating them effectively to the R&D department at headquarters.
• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement. Drive product enhancements and upgrades by collaborating closely with the R&D team.
• Responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials. Additionally, the role involves compiling repair case studies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor degree or above, 3 year or above related work experience, electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, automotive service engineering, automotive engineering and other science and technology majors;
• Solid understanding of French electrical standards, Strong expertise in NF C 14-100, NF C 15-100, the IRVE (Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure) regulations, and the broader regulatory framework governing electric mobility in France.
• Charging pile, new energy industry work experience is preferred;
• Strong working methodology, strong execution ability, good pressure resistance, good team spirit;
• Strong learning ability, good service consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work;
• Strong self-driven ability;
• Fluent in English and French, Chinese is a plus.
