Swan seeks a KYC Supervisor to lead a growing team responsible for KYC/KYB reviews, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal standards. The role blends hands-on casework with coaching and training to build team capability.

You will manage daily workflows, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Risk, and drive continuous improvements to scale operations while maintaining high-quality reviews. Fluently English required; French or German/Dutch/Spanish/Italian also valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in KYC/AML at fintech/bank or scale-up.
• At least 1 year as a team supervisor/mentor.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory framework.
• Ability to set KPIs and monitor productivity.
• Experience onboarding and training new hires.
• Experience with compliance tools and CRMs (Zendesk, Forest, Next Matter).

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews ensuring compliance.
• Resolve complex cases and edge situations.
• Lead coaching and training for new hires.
• Manage daily workflows and ensure SLAs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk.
• Drive process improvements for scalable operations.
