Swan is hiring a KYC Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team. You will bridge strategy and execution, spending significant time on hands-on reviews of complex alerts while driving team growth through coaching and technical training.

You will lead day-to-day KYC/KYB operations, ensuring adherence to current laws and internal policies, and manage training programs to raise performance and quality across the unit.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB regulations and current laws.
• Experience reviewing complex alerts and handling edge cases with accuracy.
• Ability to coach and train teammates on procedures and tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews with attention to detail ensuring compliance.
• Resolve complex cases and provide scalable solutions while meeting regulatory standards.
• Onboard and train new members on KYC/SOP procedures and internal tools.
