Swan is seeking a KYC Supervisor in Paris to join our rapidly expanding team. The role involves conducting KYC reviews and supervising the team while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in KYC/AML, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to train new team members. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in KYC/AML/Financial Security.
• Strong understanding of the AML/CFT regulatory framework.
• Proficient in modern compliance tools and CRMs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews and resolve complex cases.
• Onboard and train new team members on KYC/SOP procedures.
• Manage daily workflows and collaborate across departments.
