swan.io is seeking a KYC Supervisor in Paris to lead KYC/KYB processes for SMEs and freelancers. In this role, you will conduct detailed reviews, resolve complex cases, and mentor new team members. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in KYC compliance within a fintech or banking environment, strong analytical skills, and is fluent in English. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in KYC/AML/Financial Security.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulatory framework.
• Ability to manage team performance and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews with attention to detail.
• Resolve complex cases and provide customized solutions.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures.
