Swan is seeking a capable KYC Analyst for a 6-month freelance engagement. You will conduct detailed customer due diligence, assess AML risks, and collaborate with Compliance to refine policies in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will handle KYC/KYB processes, ensure data accuracy in systems, and stay updated on regulatory changes. English proficiency is required; fluency in German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Freelancer or temporary role for a 6-month mission with potential extension.
• Proven experience in KYC, ideally in Fintech / Payment Provider / Bank / consulting.
• Comfortable with AML/KYC requirements and due diligence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• English fluent; any of German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus.
