Swan is seeking a experienced KYC Supervisor to lead onboarding and AML/KYB reviews for businesses and freelancers. The role includes hands-on individual contributions and coaching a growing team while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will drive compliance excellence, guide process improvements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk to optimize KYC workflows in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in KYC/AML/financial security in fintech or bank.
• Experience supervising/mentoring a team (≥1 year).
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory framework.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews with adherence to laws and internal regs.
• Resolve complex cases with compliant, tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on compliance regulations and develop skills.
• Onboard/train new hires on KYC/SOP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and feedback to remove daily roadblocks.
• Lead training programs and identify gaps.
• Manage daily workflows, ensure SLAs, coordinate across departments.
• Implement improved procedures for scalable operations.
• Run quality controls and ongoing improvement projects.
