Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a culinary leader to supervise our restaurant, ensuring top-quality food and service. You will lead and develop a team, manage payroll and labor costs, and foster relationships with guests and key suppliers.

The role requires two years of leadership experience in culinary settings, fluency in French and English, and proficiency with the listed restaurant systems and software. 39-hour seasonal contract with staff meals and housing support.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in culinary leadership positions.
• Proficiency with food & beverage computer systems is required.
