Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking a Junior IT Support to own day-to-day IT operations, solve problems, and automate repetitive tasks using AI agents. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ.

You will manage onboarding for Mac and Windows laptops, oversee Google Workspace accounts, and help keep office tech running. You’ll also contribute to setting up the new Herengracht office and drive improvements with energy and urgency.

Qualifications

Hands-on automation/AI agent projects demonstrated.
Up to about two years in IT support or related learning role.
Comfortable with Mac and Windows and basic IT account management.
Fluent English; Dutch not required.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for IT requests in Jira and resolve them quickly.
Set up Mac and Windows laptops and onboard/offboard.
Automate repetitive tasks using scripts/agents and AI agents.
Manage Google Workspace accounts and access; be the first point of contact for tools.
Maintain office tech: screens, printers, networking basics, door access tags/locks.
Track hardware inventory and returns.
Contribute to setting up the new Herengracht office.
