Morpho seeks an experienced IT administrator to run corporate IT, manage accounts, laptops, and SaaS tools, and implement security-led policies across our devices and tools. You will collaborate with the security team to ensure policy adherence and automate repetitive tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, automation, and on-call readiness, with a goal to mature identity, device, and SaaS setups over the first year. Paris-based, with options for on-site collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT, systems engineering, or IT security.
• Hands-on admin experience with an enterprise identity provider, an MDM, and endpoint security tools.
• Strong macOS management, including configuration profiles and system extension policies.
• Automation experience with Python or Bash.
• Experience supporting SOC 2/ISO 27001 audits.
• Knowledge of phishing and social engineering risks in crypto sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Administer SSO, directory, and password manager; manage onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage Mac fleet, MDM policies, OS/app updates, endpoint security agent.
• Apply security baselines and keep tools configured accordingly.
• Administer SaaS tools, licenses, and vendor onboarding.
• Support security team during incidents by isolating devices and revoking access.
• Provide evidence for IT controls during audits.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and evidence collection.
• Write and maintain IT procedure documentation.
• Participate in IT on-call.
