Job summary

PARFEX, part of the Croda Group, is seeking an Italy Export Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to accelerate growth in the Italian fragrance market. You will develop and manage a portfolio across fine fragrance, skincare and home care, building strong customer relationships and translating market opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead business development, key account management, and cross‑functional coordination with Creation,

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a comparable sales role
• Excellent olfactory knowledge and strong understanding of fragrance raw materials
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Business development in the Italian market
• Key account management to grow a portfolio of strategic customers
• Internal coordination with creation, marketing and evaluation teams
• Operational management including forecasts, budgets and performance metrics
