Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of fragrance sales experience.
• Strong understanding of Fine Fragrance market & business codes.
• Knowledge of creation process (evaluation, perfumers).
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-end Fine Fragrance strategic vision to grow the Niche segment in France & Western Europe.
• Manage commercial relationships, lead client projects, and negotiate key contracts.
• Oversee the value chain to drive innovation and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic value propositions and ensure service and supply chain efficiency.
• Coach and manage two Account Managers.
