SaleCycle is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Paris, with hybrid working. You will onboard and nurture Italian accounts, ensuring high service delivery and strong retention across a focused portfolio.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and craft strategic plans tailored to the Italian market. Fluent Italian and English are essential, with experience in account management and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client success.
• Native or fluent Italian (written and spoken).
• Fluent English required for cross-team collaboration; French is a plus.

• Onboard Italian clients and manage relationships across a dedicated portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product to ensure seamless service delivery.
