ThunderSoft is seeking an on-site Data Center Technician to manage IDC operations and respond to incidents within SLA guidelines. You will perform routine site tasks, monitor infrastructure, and ensure accurate data capture and reporting.

Proficiency with office tools and IT basics is required. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, strong collaboration with teams, and safe handling of switches, servers, and cables.

Responsabilités

• Perform 7×24 and 5×8 IDC on-site duties per Client requirements.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders meeting SLA requirements.
• Familiarize with IDC environment and monitoring systems; identify risks during inspections.
• Work with ticketing system and SOP workflows to complete all orders with zero errors.
• Understand IDC equipment including switches, servers, cables; conduct site surveys and on-site support.

Description du poste

1. 1. Perform 7×24 and 5×8 IDC (Internet Data Center) on-site duties as per Client requirements.
2. 2. Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary tasks, in accordance with service SLA requirements.
3. 3. Be familiar with IDC environment and monitoring systems, proactively identifying and assessing risks through routine inspections. Handle emergency incidents swiftly and accurately following EOP processes, ensuring proper incident data recording and preliminary report output.
4. 4. Be proficient in the ticketing system, master SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) workflows, and strictly adhere to them. Independently complete all work orders while ensuring zero errors and meeting SLA compliance rates.
5. 5. Have a thorough understanding of IDC equipment, including switches, servers, cables, and installation, racking, deployment, and maintenance standards. Execute site surveys, on-site support, minor construction, and issue reporting as required.

Educational Background:

1. (1)Degree Requirement: Full-time associate degree or equivalent and above.
2. (2)Major Requirement: Computer-related disciplines.

Work Experience:
