ThunderSoft in Île-de-France seeks an on-site IT Operations Technician to support critical infrastructure. You will promptly respond to incidents, monitor alarms, and maintain accurate infrastructure data while inspecting IDC facilities in line with guidelines.

You will work with power, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, aiming to improve availability and reduce downtime through robust monitoring and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site IT operations and incident management procedures.
• Familiarity with IDC infrastructure including power, HVAC and low‑voltage systems.
• Ability to update infrastructure information with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of facility inspections and MOP review processes.

Responsabilités

• Arrive on-site promptly as per IT operations incident management guidelines.
• Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy; monitor platform alarm settings and system availability.
• Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems and conduct facility inspections per Alibaba’s requirements including MOP review.
• Respond quickly to incidents on-site following EOP guidelines and report accordingly.
• Understand IDC infrastructure components to locate faults and restore services during incidents.
• Contribute to operational efficiency through monitoring, capacity, security and availability management.
• Independently create and implement change MOPs to prevent incidents from operational changes.
• Complete other tasks as outlined in the Service Contract and related attachments.

Description du poste

• able to arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with the IT operations incident management guidelines.
• Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.
• Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems, and conduct facility inspections as per Alibaba’s requirements, including but not limited to facility status checks, maintenance/repair MOP (Method of Procedure) review, and follow-up.
• Respond quickly and arrive on-site according to IT operations incident management guidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure) and reporting them accordingly.
• Have a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems, and be able to quickly locate faults and restore services in case of an incident.
• Be knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, security management, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.
• Independently create and implement change MOPs, ensuring no incidents occur due to operational changes.
• Complete other tasks as outlined in the Service Contract, Outsourcing Requirement Specification, and related attachments.
