Jobtailor in Belfort is seeking a motivated IT support specialist to provide Level 1 assistance to users, install and maintain workstations, and handle incidents in a medical environment.

You will collaborate with client teams, contribute to process improvements, and bring a dynamic, customer-focused attitude. Two-year IT degree preferred; beginners accepted.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in IT (support, systems, networks).
• Knowledge of the medical sector or a strong interest in this environment.
• Dynamic, curious, and committed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service orientation, and good listening skills.
• Confident verbally, pedagogical, and sociable.
• Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork.
