Datadog is seeking a motivated IT Support intern to join the Enterprise IT Support team. You will blend classroom learning with hands-on experience, supporting employees worldwide and gaining exposure to security-adjacent IT tasks.

The role operates in a hybrid workplace, with opportunities to contribute to onboarding, device management, and documentation while developing practical IT skills.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating in 2027 with a degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Communications, or a related field.
• Internship required as part of your academic curriculum.
• Strong communication in English and French; eager to learn and help others.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and technical support for Datadog employees.
• Shadow and assist in laptop deployment and onboarding activities.
• Shadow and assist in laptop collection and offboarding cycles.
