CMA CGM is seeking a proactive IT Performance Lead for our terminal network to drive global IT governance, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. You will coordinate between central IT and local terminal teams, focusing on financial oversight for IT investments and run costs.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as CIO / IT manager in terminal/container port or logistics industry.
• Strong budget planning, CAPEX/OPEX oversight and ROI understanding.
• Strategic mindset with long-term systemic improvement focus.
• Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, enterprise apps, and security concepts.
• Exceptional communication and ability to influence at executive level.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-level oversight of IT performance across terminals.
• Ensure alignment with corporate IT policies, security standards, and architecture.
• Identify value-creating IT initiatives leveraging central resources.
• Participate in CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with terminal managers and local IT leaders.
• Oversee incident and problem management with focus on root-cause analysis.
