Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a proactive IT Performance Lead Terminal to oversee IT performance for a portfolio of terminals. You will act as the strategic interface between central IT and local terminal IT teams, ensuring standards and governance are met while driving efficiency and cost control.

The role requires proven CIO/IT management experience in the container terminal sector, strong strategic and financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CIO / IT manager in container terminal industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities.
• Solid IT financial management knowledge, including CAPEX/OPEX and ROI.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise apps, and security principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High organizational capability to manage diverse projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• High-Level IT performance monitoring across terminal portfolio using KPIs and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to corporate IT policies, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Identify and propose value-creating IT projects leveraging central resources and economies of scale.
• Participate in CAPEX and OPEX budget planning and provide financial forecasts.
• Manage relationships with terminal managers and local IT leaders; communicate goals and updates.
• Oversee incident and problem resolution across multiple terminals with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate strategic IT projects and act as liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
• Generate and present high-level performance reports to senior management.
• Promote adoption of best practices and innovative technologies across terminals.
• Collaborate on IT activities around M&A and tenders within the portfolio.
