Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist for CMA SHIPS, focusing on driving structured, sustainable improvements within a fast-moving shipmanagement environment. You will identify opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives and coach teams in applying Lean and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities include standardizing tools, conducting audits, and reporting trends, risks and recommendations across the fleet and shore departments.

Qualifications

• masters degree or equivalent experience in maritime/quality fields
• strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• expertise in Lean, RCA and FMEA methods
• relevant experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities and prioritise initiatives across the fleet.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and coordinate stakeholders.
• Track progress, report outcomes and ensure sustained improvements.
• Participate in internal audits and support audit programmes.
