Le stage au sein de l'équipe People Experience du groupe LVMH, leader mondial du luxe, offre une immersion dans la stratégie RH globale et dans l'accompagnement des Maisons et régions. Vous contribuerez à renforcer l'engagement des salariés et à préparer l'expérience employé sur l'ensemble du groupe.

Formación

• Maîtrise de l'analyse de données quantitatives et qualitatives.
• Capacité à structurer et synthétiser les données.

• Soutenir la stratégie RH mondiale du groupe.

• Participer à des pilotes d'initiatives d'écoute des employés.
• Effectuer des recherches sur les benchmarks externes.
• Animer la communauté RH via des événements numériques.

Part of the Group's Human Resources Department, the People Experience team is responsible for shaping the future of employee experience across Maisons and Regions. Our mission is to strengthen employee engagement, enhance the Group's attractiveness as an employer, and empower individuals and teams to thrive in their roles.

Les missions

As an intern within the People Experience team, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's global HR strategy.

Your missions will include:

Employee Listening

• Coordinating the collection of post-Engagement survey action plans from Maisons and Divisions, and monitoring progress


• Supporting the consolidation and sharing of employee listening best practices across the Group


• Participating into Employee listening initiatives' pilots


• Conducting research on external benchmarks and trends in employee engagement and listening practices


• Helping to animate our HR Listening Community through digital events and collaborative activities

Skills

• Supporting the development and implementation of skills-based organization initiatives across the Group


• Contributing to the mapping and analysis of jobs, skills and emerging capability needs across Maisons and functions


• Helping structure skills frameworks, benchmarks and related HR resources to support workforce development and internal mobility

Votre profil

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure, interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data


• Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to identify trends, challenge assumptions and formulate relevant recommendations


• Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines


• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a concise and engaging way


• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across Maisons, functions and regions


• Attention to detail, autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset


• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
