LVMH in Paris offers an internship in the People Experience team to support the Group’s HR strategy and employee listening initiatives across Maisons and Regions. The role focuses on coordinating listening activities, consolidating best practices, and researching external benchmarks to inform talent development.

You will gain experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis, with a hybrid work arrangement and a commitment to developing skills in a luxury-group

Part of the Group’s Human Resources Department, the People Experience team is responsible for shaping the future of employee experience across Maisons and Regions. Job responsibilities

As an intern within the People Experience team, you will play a key role in supporting the Group’s global HR strategy.

Your missions will include:

Employee Listening

• Coordinating the collection of post-Engagement survey action plans from Maisons and Divisions, and monitoring progress
• Supporting the consolidation and sharing of employee listening best practices across the Group
• Conducting research on external benchmarks and trends in employee engagement and listening practices
• Helping to animate our HR Listening Community through digital events and collaborative activities

Skills

• Supporting the development and implementation of skills-based organization initiatives across the Group
• Contributing to the mapping and analysis of jobs, skills and emerging capability needs across Maisons and functions
• Helping structure skills frameworks, benchmarks and related HR resources to support workforce development and internal mobility

Profile

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure, interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
• Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to identify trends, challenge assumptions and formulate relevant recommendations
• Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a concise and engaging way
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across Maisons, functions and regions
• Attention to detail, autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
