LVMH is seeking an Internship/Alternance Assistant Talent & HR Projects in Paris starting January 2027. You will support SPRING programs, contribute to HR learning content, and help organise Next Generation events across regions.

We seek a Master 2 student with first corporate experience, fluent English and conversational French, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment. This role focuses on coordination, reporting and creating impactful materials.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Master 2).
• Bilingual English is mandatory; conversational French required.
• Previous experience in a major corporation, preferably luxury, is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the deployment and improvement of SPRING programs and initiatives.
• Support the creation of HR/L&D content and assist in community activities.
• Participate in the design and implementation of the 2027 roadmap and Next Generation events.
• Assist in project follow-up, reporting, KPI tracking, and preparation of high-impact presentations.
• Prioritize starting in January 2027 (Alternance) or July 2026 (Internship).
• Gain experience across multiple geographies, brands, and functions.

The LVMH Next Generation Engagement teamis looking for a proactive and agile talent to contribute to a variety of strategic HR projects and international events dedicated to early-career talents across the LVMH Group.

Job responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Next Generation Engagement Director, you will step into a highly exposed role at the crossroads of different geographies (USA, Asia, Europe), business sectors, brands, and functions. This position requires an excellent capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and offers a front-row seat to launch and implement key strategic HR initiatives and community events.

Job Responsibilities

• LVMH Graduate Programs (SPRING):Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the SPRING programs and initiatives (including rotation 3 for Springers, Boost programs, and dedicated learning modules, from marketing to recruitment, integration, and development).
• Learning & Development:Support the creation of HR/L&D content and assist in animating our communities and committees (Graduates, Mentors, Managers, HRs).
• HR Projects & Events:Participate in the design and implementation of the 2027 roadmap and engaging Next Generation events (alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, hybrid training, hackathons).
• Operational Management & Back-office:Ensure project follow-up, reporting and KPI tracking, benchmark coordination, and the creation of high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
• Education & Status:Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Master 2).Priority given to Alternance starting in January 2027, though we are also open to internship profiles (starting July 2026).
• Experience:A successful first experience within a major corporation, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Languages:Bilingual English is mandatory due to our international environment; conversational French is required.
