LVMH Group offers an internship in Paris within the Talent Engagement Team, focusing on the next generation of talents across maisons and regions. You will contribute to the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs, design learning initiatives, and support Talent reviews while coordinating back-office activities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Master 2, fluent in English, adept with PowerPoint, and eager to collaborate across brands, functions, and geographies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master 2 program.
• Excellent PowerPoint storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to navigate a multi-stakeholder, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment and continuous improvement of SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs across regions and brands.
• Assist design and implementation of learning initiatives and community events.
• Support Talent reviews and Talent pooling initiatives.
• Coordinate back-office activities: project management, budget, reporting and KPIs tracking.
