Job summary

LVMH, the world leader in luxury, invites a 6-month internship in Paris within the People Experience team. You will support the global HR strategy, coordinate listening initiatives, and help develop skills frameworks across Maisons and regions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to structure, interpret and synthesize data.
• Critical thinking and curiosity to identify trends and insights.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities.

• Excellent English; basic French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group’s global HR strategy.
• Coordinate post-Engagement survey action plans and monitor progress.
• Consolidate and share employee listening best practices across the Group.
• Research external benchmarks and trends in engagement and listening practices.
• Animate the HR Listening Community through digital events and activities.
• Map jobs, skills and capability needs across Maisons and functions.
• Help structure skills frameworks, benchmarks and HR resources.
